Representatives of South America perform technical training

The integration among WEM Equipamentos Eletrônicos and its representatives and distributors abroad continues at an accelerated pace. An example of this exchange took place between October 22 and 26 and November 05 and 09, when the company received at its headquarters, in Ribeirão Preto, divided into two groups, representatives from Chile, Peru, Bolivia and Venezuela for a one week technical training.
The training presented, both in theory and in practice, the procedures to perform, in a safe and effective manner, the maintenance of several WEM products, such as the line of electrosurgical units, coagulators and chairs for exams. The procedures for handling, technical support, and the correct manner for installation of the equipment were also addressed with the visitors.
“We had a week full of activities, an opportunity in which the technicians could get to know WEM up close, increasing the interplay of the teams with the factory. The training was very productive, dynamic and rich in detail, but we were able to end the encounter with the certainty that everyone left here very well prepared”, informs João Batista Souza, electronics technician at WEM and one of the persons in charge of the training.
WEM exports its products to around 70 countries, and to comply with the strict quality standard, it promotes constant encounters and trainings in the factory with distributors from all continents. On these occasions, “we synchronize information among the professionals network which represents our brand”, adds João Batista.
