With the objective of improving the management skills of its leaders, WEM Equipamentos Eletrônicos completed in September another stage of its Leadership Development Program [Programa de Desenvolvimento das Lideranças].

The Program is divided into skill modules that are presented through group and individual meetings. Each group meeting addresses the concept and the theory behind a given skill, which is, afterwards, put into practice through individual meetings with an expert consultant. So far, the skills “Communication and Feedback”, “Systemic View”, and “Culture and Organizational Climate” were addressed.

On September 12, the training program module entitled “Organization, Planning and Time Management – Part I” [Organização, Planejamento e Gestão do Tempo – Parte I] took place, which was focused on providing tools for work organization and planning as to optimize the use of time, aiming at increasing productivity and reaching better results. Part II will be held in October. The skills "Interpersonal Relationship, Teamwork, Creativity, Innovation and Leadership” will be addressed up to December.

“These training programs teach our leaders techniques on how to get the most out of their staff, retain talented employees, and keep them up-to-date as to compete on an even safer basis in the market”, says Aline Scatena, responsible for the Human Resources department at WEM.
