WEM shows a good performance in the foreign market in 2013

WEM Equipamentos Eletrônicos reaches a positive balance at the end of 2013 also in foreign sales. Throughout the year, the company has participated in the main events of the medical area in different countries, where it was possible to prospect new customers, increase the loyalty of the existing ones, and strengthen the relationship with representatives and distributors.
The Griff CVHP (Canady Vieira Hybrid Plasma) pencil, which provides low bleeding levels thanks to the Electrosurgical System that cuts and coagulates using Argon gas, is already present in the most important medical centers of the world. The product allied to the SS-601MCA Electrosurgical Unit and to the Argon plasma Coagulator, an assembly compatible with the smart room and indicated for highly complex surgeries, was highlighted during the Arab Health trade show, in Dubai; at the FIME show, in Miami; and at the Medica show, in Dusseldorf, Germany.
WEM has been exporting its products since the 1990s, when it was present in an international trade show for the first time. “Figures feature the consolidation and growth of the company on the foreign market. We currently keep a commercial relationship with more than 70 countries”, says Vilma Peixeiro, commercial and marketing manager.
Besides participating in large events, WEM maintains a continuous training program with its foreign representatives, providing a better understanding and familiarity with the functions of the products manufactured. This year, the company has received professionals from South Africa, Asia, Middle East and other Latin American countries, such as Bolivia, Chile, and Ecuador in its factory.
