Commercial and technical integration during visit to Mexico

In order to keep all its representatives network aligned and to deepen even more its good service to clients, WEM Equipamentos Eletrônicos follows an ongoing and systemized travel and commercial visits schedule. Between August 11 to 16, Fernanda Fiacadori, the company’s export coordinator, was in Mexico to take part in several activities with associate companies and country representatives.

During that period, the companies Grupo Mdrec e Mantenimiento Preventivo y Correctivo, in the City of Mexico, and Cirlap, in Guadalajara, were visited. In both partners, WEM’s export coordinator participated in the annual sales planning, in an integration with the commercial department for news on the line of products and in a training for all sales people, focusing on the SS601MCa Electrosurgical System with Argon 4 and SS200E with Argon2, CVHP Griff pen (Canady Vieira Hybrid Plasma) and line of catheters.

By that time, visits to hospitals, for equipment demonstration in several procedures, were also conducted. Fiacadori mentions the importance of developing actions like that, which promotes relationship with partners and clients and also the possibility of opening new markets. “The travel counted on an extensive schedule, with theoretical and practical activities. The team was well trained and in good alignment with professionals in Brazil”, she concludes.
